SuperFish Aqua-Flow filters are efficient, quiet and versatile at a great price.

Each filter in the range comes complete with a filter sponge which removes particles whilst also providing a home for beneficial bacteria. In the centre of the sponge there is a void which is filled with activated carbon. This helps to keep the water crystal clear and odour free.

The filter also comes with a spray bar which can be fitted to the outlet to disperse the flow.

Aqua-Flow 300 specs:

• Suitable for aquariums: 150-300L

The filter cartridges can be easily replaced and the manufacturer recommends changing them once per month. However, we would suggest simply removing and cleaning the sponge and replacing the carbon once per month. This will save money, cut waste and hep to preserve the beneficial bacteria which will have built up in the sponge.
