Repashy make a range of gel foods, ideal for fish that like to graze such as plecos and catfish. Their foods all boast a very extensive list of ingredients making them one of the best options if you're looking to provide your fish a balanced diet.

The Gel format of these foods means that they remain stable for a very long time before breaking down in the water. They can remain in the tank for up to 24 hours, giving slow grazers plenty of time to eat.

Soilent Green is perfect for all herbivorous fish, especially Plecos.
The main ingredient is Spirulina algae.

1. Mix one part powder with 2-3 parts boiling water in a flat container.
2. Stir well until a consistent gel forms.
3. Leave for around 20 minutes to set
4. Cut into desired size

The gel should be treated as fresh food. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 6 months.

I have used VM Aquatics around 10 times now and I always receive my order next day even when it says 3 day delivery the prices are grate as I have a fish room so around 18 tanks so I do like to keep the cost down but as we all know buy cheap buy twice so I like to use vm as their grate products at a good price
