Hikari Micro pellets are a complete food suitable for most small tropical fish.

Each pellet is only around 1mm making these micro pellets ideal for small Tetras, Danios, Barbs and Rasboras etc.

Some pellets will float for a long time while others will sink more quickly. This gives fish at all levels of the water column a chance to feed with far less chance of being out competed for food.

Hikari have developed a unique "Micro Coating" which eliminates nutrition loss and water clouding. The bright colouration of the pellets makes them highly visible to fish.

Small fish have different nutritional needs from larger fish and Hikari have carefully chosen the ingredients in this food to meet those demands.

The Krill and Spirulina content helps to improve colouration.

Feed two to three times daily the amount your fish will completely consume in a few minutes. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding as water quality issues can result.

Bought for the first time to feed my leopard danio/ cardinal tetra/ harlequin rasbora (and others) ... they took to it very well and were swarming at the top to get more. The tiny pellets sank really quickly though, but that wasn't too much of a problem.
On a side note, be careful when you open it the first time. I accidentally spilt quite a bit on the carpet when I initially ripped open the packet as the zip lock seal was not done up! Easy mistake.
