Since plants are live goods, they are not covered by our standard 30 day return policy. Therefore it is very important that you choose your plants carefully before ordering.
We carefully select and pack your plants so problems are very rare. However, if you're not happy with your plants then please get in touch with us straightaway.
It is very important that you take pictures of any issues showing the whole plant, still in its pot and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Only damage that is reported on the day that you receive your plants can be considered for a claim. We do not guarantee the long term survival of your plants as this depends upon the care that is provided to them after they're planted.
In most cases minor damage such as a broken stem or damaged leaf will not be covered. These can be snipped off and the plant will recover rapidly. Also, if the plant looks a little faded then we may ask that you plant it and watch for signs of recovery.
Some plants are sensitive to change and may lose some of their leaves. New growth will soon form in their place. This is perfectly normal and not a sign of a problem with the plant.
If a claim is accepted then you will be offered an option of a refund or replacement depending on stock.
